So many things have happened since my last post. First and foremost, we are moving on September 4th!!! Our house has been inspected, appraised, and repaired. Closing has been moved back and forth, and we still are not sure if it will be the 27th or the 1st. But one thing we do know, the movers are booked for the the 4th...no turning back now! This whole process has been an emotional roller coaster for my husband and myself. We stuck to our guns during negotiations and our expectations, and it worked out for the best in the end.
On the knitting front...well...the Traveling Woman shawl has been put in time out and boxed up for the move. But don't be sad, I started and completed the Citron. Thankfully an awesome friend, Jana, has stepped up to the plate to block my little creation, since I have absolutely no time. Once I get it back, I will be sure to post pictures and talk about the project.
Now, time for more boxes and bed :D
